John 8:12

When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

1. Jesus is the light of the city; there is no darkness that is too dark for Him. Pray that every dark place in this city will receive the light of Christ. Pray that we will put in place the right strategies to overcome this darkness.
2. Commit the darkest of places, in this city, to the Lord and declare that these places will not be missed this year; the light of Christ will penetrate them. Mention the places that you want the light of Christ to penetrate.
3. Jesus promised that those who follow Him will never walk in darkness but will have the light of life. Pray that many people in this city will choose to follow Christ.
4. Pray that all Christ followers, in this city, will never walk in darkness as Christ promised and that we will discover what it takes to always have the light of life. Pray that all churches will work on producing this caliber of Christ followers.
