2 Corinthians 4:1-6

Christ-devoted followers are the Light of the World. The Text we read describes the Nature of New Testament ministers. The discourse in 2 Cor. 4:1-6, is founded on 2 Cor. 3. 

1. What type of  Ministry do we Function under:

   1. We  are under the  New Testament Ministry; 
   2. We are Serving a Ministry of Greater Glory; 
   3. We serve under a a Ministry established by His Mercy
2. What is our Character as Ministers of the New Testament (2 Cor. 2:2)?
   1. We are  Ministers who have Repented and Renounced evil ways; 
   2. We are Ministers with credible Testimonies; 
   3. We are Ministers of Light of the Gospel (2 Cor. 4:4) 
3. Who do we Minister to (2 Cor. 4:3-4)?
   1. People who are Perishing; 
   2. People whose lives are veiled and hidden from the Light of the Gosple
   3. People whose minds are blinded by the god of this World;  
4. What is the Content of Our Ministry (2 Cor. 4:5)?
   1. We preach Jesus is Lord, 
   2. We Preach Gospel of the Glory of Christ
   3. We Preach Jesus as the Image of God.
5. The Reason for Ministry
   1. God has shone light  in our Hearts; 
   2. God has given  us the Knowledge of His Glory
      (Jesus is the Hope of Glory) through the Face of Jesus Christ.
