Praying for the Protocol Team

Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ. Colossians 3:23-24

Complete my joy by being of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind. Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others. Philippians 2:2-4

1. Pray for the leader of Protocol Team, Brother Thoko Chimbali and the entire team, that they may serve with passion, wisdom, and discernment, ensuring order and excellence in their ministry. Ask God to strengthen their commitment and grant them the grace to serve with humility and joy.

2. Pray for unity and love among the team members, that they may work together in harmony and encourage one another in their service. Ask God to remove any spirit of division or discouragement and replace it with a spirit of cooperation and peace.

3. Pray for protection over the protocol team as they carry out their duties, that God may keep them from harm, give them good health, and shield them from physical and spiritual attacks. Ask for divine covering over their families and all they do.

4. Pray that their service may be effective, creating a welcoming and organized environment that reflects the love of Christ. Ask God to equip them with wisdom to handle every situation with grace and to be a blessing to the congregation through their dedication.

Praying for His Excellency the President, Rev Dr Chakwera

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you. Psalm 32:8

For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding; he stores up sound wisdom for the upright; he is a shield to those who walk in integrity, guarding the paths of justice and watching over the way of his saints. Proverbs 2:6-8

But I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God. Acts 20:24

1. Thank God for His grace and sustenance over His Excellency the President, Rev. Dr. Chakwera, despite the many challenges he has faced. Acknowledge God's hand in guiding him and pray for continued strength and endurance as he leads the nation with integrity and faithfulness.

2. Pray that he remains steadfast in his faith, upholding godly principles in governance and personal life. Ask God to help him stay accountable to the divine calling on his life, recognizing and following the life markings God has set for him as a leader and servant of the people.

3. Ask God to grant him wisdom, discernment, and the ability to make decisions that align with justice and righteousness. Pray for divine provision in all areas of his leadership and personal life, and for God’s protection over him and his family—spiritually, socially, politically, and physically.

4. Pray that he remains a leader who upholds accountability, humility, and a heart of service, always seeking God's guidance in governance. Ask that his leadership fosters unity, progress, and transformation in Malawi. Pray that God grants wisdom and discernment to those in his accountability circle, ensuring they provide sound counsel and uphold integrity.
