How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power. He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him. Acts 10:38

1. Thank God for His faithfulness and provision that has led to the opening of Sunrise Christian Schools (SCS) and the gradual growth that we are witnessing. Thank God for the organisations, ICA church and individuals that continue to support the Ministry.
2. Pray for continued providence so that the vision of the school is attained. Pray that the school will quickly gain a great reputation and attract more learners and resources.
3. Pray for grace to raise and shape the children at SCS in a godly manner and to inculcate godly values that will last across generations. Pray that SCS will rise to be a hub for training and releasing godly and productive citizens.
4. Pray for other arms of the Sunrise Ministry (clinic, under-five clinic, HIV testing and counselling, PLWA support groups, income generating activity) to continue to thrive, grow and minister to people effectively. Pray that the Ministry will continue lighting the city through good works to the target communities.
5. Thank God for the peanut production project that is about to roll out. Thank God for the provision of funds for the project. Pray for God’s guidance and favour in all the preparatory work.
6. Pray that God will raise more people and organisations to support the development of the Ministry. Pray for all staff and volunteers serving in the ministry that God will give them strength and wisdom to continue to serve well.

Praying for Pastor Seira Mitha – Psalm 121: 1-8

I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? 2 My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth. Psalms 121:1-2

1. Thank God for Pastor Seira and her ministry to children at ICA and throughout the nation. Pray that she continues to impact many children and that those who have gone through her ministry will continue to shine the light of Jesus wherever they go.
2. Thank God for Pastor Seira’s health and the grace and favour that God has given her. Pray for continued good health. Pray that she has adequate finances to cover her medical bills and to meet every desire that she has.
3. Pray that as she always believes, she will always lift her eyes to the Lord for every need that she has. Pray that her help in ministry and all other aspects of her life will always come from the Lord.
4. Pray for her family that the Lord will watch over their lives and keep them from harm. Pray that the Lord will watch over them wherever they go and in whatever they do.
