1. Christians are still a minority in this nation. There has, however, been a rapid growth in the church in India especially over the past 10 years. Praise God for this growth and pray that the word will continue to spread rapidly and have free course in India
2. Hindu extremists have targeted Christian ministries - including hospitals and orphanages - with such ruthlessness that even secular groups and sympathetic moderate Hindus are protesting against such treatment. Pray that all such attempts to destroy God's people would result in greater church growth. Pray that the hatred of extremists and the loving humility of Christians would draw many more into the Kingdom.
3. Pray for the church leaders in India to have increased grace to lead the body of Christ in this nation
4. Pray for the peace of India. Pray that the Spirit of God will continue to intervene against the violence in this nation.
