But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvellous light. 1 Peter 2:9

Do all things without grumbling or disputing, that you may be blameless and innocent, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and twisted generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, holding fast to the word of life, so that in the day of Christ I may be proud that I did not run in vain or labour in vain. Philippians 2:14-16

1. Thank God for the leaders of the zone and every member, for the gift of fellowship and the grace to minister to one another; thank Him that the zone and its members are part of a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, and a people for God’s own possession. Pray that each member will recognize, cherish, and fully engage in the spiritual benefits of the fellowship as part of their shared calling to proclaim His excellencies.

2. Pray for members of the zone who are struggling, that they may be lifted up and strengthened; as they cry out to the Lord. Pray that they be confident that they are heard, hold fast to the word of life, and persevere without grumbling or losing heart until His purposes and their desires are fulfilled in their lives.

3. Pray that individuals and the entire zone will live exemplary and blameless lives in the midst of a crooked and twisted generation, shining as lights in the world and reflecting the marvellous light into which they have been called, demonstrating dependence on our sovereign, eternal, and all-powerful God and becoming a visible source of hope to the community.

4. Pray that all the zonal plans to go and make disciples will succeed; that as the zone proclaims the excellencies of Him who called them out of darkness into His marvellous light, the Lord will perfect every plan, bring them to fruition, and draw many into His Kingdom.

5. Pray that the Lord will provide the strength, determination, wisdom, and resources needed to accomplish every plan to minister to the community; that the zone and its members will hold fast to the word of life, stand firm against every attack of the enemy, and continue shining faithfully without wavering.
