We are called out and sent to the world as a prophetic people, we must press on regardless of the reception

We must be aware that there might be certain times when God calls us into assignments that are difficult we will certainly face rejection.

1. Faithfulness lies more in obedience and not just the results

Results are important! But the they are not the only determinant to the validity of our purpose. Obedience and faithfulness are also important

Do not be discouraged by the hostility or negative reaction.

Fear should not prevent us from obeying God’s assignments

We must put our confidence the God who gave us the assignment, the validation of our assignment will be to do will regardless of the reception.

Take comfort in obeying the call, God will reward your obedience to the call

2. We are empowered to be equal to the challenge before us

Every assignment will meet challenges and resistance, the challenges are both internal or external.

God already knows the people to which he is sending us, He is setting up for victory and not shame.

He has already prepared us for the challenge ahead of us. He gives us grace for every assignment.

Fear is one big obstacle to the fulfillment of our assignment, but God says do not be afraid!

3. We must be careful not to fall into rebellion

The antidote for rebellion is obedience, every time we are indifferent to the calling God we slide on a path of rebellion.

Every step of disobedience is an inch closer to rebellion, when people come to a point if recalling then they have processed it over time

4. We have been called to be watchmen

We are accountable to God for how we respond to God’s assignments

God has entrusted with a message that affects people’s destinies.

Watchmen we people who were positioned on high place to watch out for enemies coming to attack the city

When watchmen don’t do their job people are destroyed, do not sit on the assignment God has given you.

Because of the nature of the people we have been sent to, we have to pally wisdom in how we

There is no substitute for obedience, lives may be at stake and we have to respond to the call.

Be comforted for obeying the call regardless of the reception.

Even Jesus was rejected and crucified, but he was faithful until the very end.
