Praying for Sunday Service
Philippians 2:10-11: "That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."
2 Thessalonians 3:1: "Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may run swiftly and be glorified, just as it is with you."
Psalms 85:8: "I will hear what God the Lord will speak, for He will speak peace to His people and to His saints; but let them not turn back to folly."
1. Pray and take authority over the atmosphere, declaring that Jesus is Lord and that every devil bows and out at the instance of the glory of God. Declare that the atmosphere be saturated with Holy awe, fire and presence of the Holy Spirit, in the name of Jesus.
2. Pray that God will give the man of God utterance and then fill him with boldness to declare the word. Pray that the Word of God will have free course and be glorified, and that it will have a life transforming impact on everyone who hears it.
3. Pray that every sick and oppressed person that comes to service will be healed, freed and delivered by the power of the Holy Spirit and the Word.
4. Pray for the worship team to be filled with the anointing during the service. Pray that every song the worship team sings, and every ministration the choir does in song will minister life to the hearers and everyone present, in Jesus name.
5. Pray that the sound system and the media equipment will perform optimally during the course of the service. Speak against any inconveniences or network challenges.
6. Pray that the Holy Spirit will manifest Himself and glorify the Father in mighty signs, wonders and power.
