1. Team Care is an aspect all of us must be responsible for. Pray that as ICA members, we will take this responsibility seriously whether we are team members or team leaders

2. A good and healthy team is an active learning community. Pray that all ICA members will be lifelong learners, and that every team leader at ICA will provide adequate and challenging learning content for their teams

3. Pray that every member of ICA will have the spiritual perspective to understand that the spirit realm immensely affects their teams. Pray that they will take the responsibility of praying for their members seriously

4. Pray that we will be able to discipline, rebuke and correct others in the right manner, even though this might be a difficult task to do

5. Pray that every member of ICA will be discerning to see which team members are broken or hurt, and will participate in the restoration and healing of those broken lives

6. Pray that the Lord will increase our capacities to understand the challenges of our teams and will cause us to be deliberate in caring for our team members
