1. Pray that ICA members will believe that the benefits of work teams are immense. Pray against the individualistic mentality that has been crippling the way we do church business.

2. Pray that each one of us will believe that we are capable of forming A-star Teams at ICA and that we will be able to understand our purpose and develop clear visions.

3. Pray that all leaders at ICA will understand their roles to influence, arbitrate, discipline, steer in the right direction and stir dreams and passions of members. Pray that leaders will be willing to have that capacity built.

4. Pray that we will all start celebrating the diversities that exist in our teams and learn to accept each other as unique beings. Pray for the grace to leverage on these diversities.

5. Pray for ICA members to understand that we all have flaws and pray for increased maturity in the way we handle each other.

6. Pray that we will all understand that the growth of our teams depends on us and will determine to bring the best on the table.

7. Pray that we will all long for empowerment of the Spirit to increase our effectiveness, understanding that without God we can do nothing.
