Increase in Godly wisdom
- Godly wisdom is God’s way of doing things. Pray that we will increase in our ability to differentiate between worldly and Godly wisdom so that we will be able to do all our things God’s way.
- Godly wisdom can only be found in God. Pray that we will not waste time looking for wisdom elsewhere apart from God Himself. Pray that we will cultivate the discipline of sitting in God’s presence for extended periods of time.
- Wisdom can be found in common places, in our daily activities. Thank God that this wisdom can be accessed by all of us and pray that we will intentionally pay attention to our daily activities so that we are able to identify this wisdom.
- Godly wisdom changes quality of life. Pray that we will intentionally seek to move from our present quality of life to a higher one that is pure, peaceable, gentle, impartial, sincere, etc.
- Pray that we will have the humility to acknowledge that worldly wisdom is not adequate for all situations and therefore will desist from totally depending on human wisdom. We will be able to seek supernatural wisdom for supernatural situations
