The LORD is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth. He fulfils the desire of those who fear him; he also hears their cry and saves them. The LORD preserves all who love him, but all the wicked he will destroy.  Psalm 145:18-20 ESV

1. Thank God that He hears those that call upon His name in truth. The God that he hears and saves all those that fears Him and cry to Him. Give the Lord all the glory for He preserves all those who love Him. Praise the Lord for the whole world belongs to him and He is in control regardless of all the calamities prevailing the world over.
2. Pray for the grace of God to cover all those that distressed by various calamities and tragedies that have befallen them. Pray specifically for communities affected by floods in countries such as Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Malawi; those affected by war in Sudan, Israel, Palestine, Ukraine, DRC and many other countries affected. Pray that all that are crying to the Lord be heard and preserved.
3. Pray for all influential political leaders from groupings such as the G7 and G20 countries that the rest of the countries tend to look up to for help and leadership. Pray that each of these leaders will acknowledge that there is God who is in control of the universe. Pray that God will give them wisdom to make resolutions that will restore peace and stability in warring countries; and facilitate achievement of the sustainable development goals.
4. Pray that the preaching of the Gospel will continue to spread across the world. Pray that more labourers will continue to avail themselves to work on the plenty harvest. Pray for the labourers working in countries where the church is persecuted. Pray that despite the persecution, they remain obedient to the heavenly call and to keep winning souls by all means.
