Praying for World Situations
- Nigerians are facing one of the worst economic crises in West Africa in years triggered by rising inflation rate, following monetary policies that have dipped the local currency to an all-time low against the US dollar, provoking anger, and protests across the country. Pray that peace will reign in this country and that solutions to this crisis will be found.
- Senegal is yet to set a new date for elections, after the Constitutional Court overturned a decree by the President, to postpone the vote. Pray against any further election disputes or protests and pray that Senegal will continue to be one of the most stable democracies in the region.
- Libya is in a political crisis stemming from the failure to hold elections on 24th December 2021. There seems to be no commitment from the warring political actors to reach an agreement to hold elections. Pray that God will intervene in this wrangle and enable the country to hold elections.
- As the coming of Christ draws near, pray that world evangelization will be a priority for the body of Christ. Pray that resources will be mobilized to ensure the gospel reaches every part of the universe
