1. God is doing a new and great thing in Malawi. We believe God for better days for Malawi and its people. Let us continue to thank God for this
2. Pray for the president of this country, Dr Lazarus Chakwera. As we enter a new year, may there also be an increase of grace, favour and wisdom for leadership
3. Pray for the vulnerable among us- the poor, the sick, the orphaned etc. Pray that God will minister to them in a special way this season. May they encounter Jesus, the hope of the nations
4. Malawian systems in many organizations including government, are struggling to progress with many people being resistant to change. Pray specifically for God to raise leaders in the civil service that will help bring change to improve these systems. Pray also against resistance to change

Praying for Unreached People Groups (2 Timothy 4:2; Mark 16:20; Ephesians 4:14; 2 Timothy 2:15)

1. Zimbabwe has many people who profess to be Christians. Pray that these people will rise up to reach the unreached in their areas with the gospel
2. Pray that doors of opportunity will open in these people groups to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ in various platforms that may have previously been difficult to preach in
3. Pray that the word will be preached with power among these people groups evidenced by sign and wonders
4. Pray that the governments and leadership in these areas will continue to be open to the preaching of the gospel
5. Over the past years, many men and women have arisen in Zimbabwe as ministers of gospel. Some are genuine with accurate doctrine however others have led some people astray. Pray that God will raise ministers who are zealous for God AND have accurate knowledge of the scriptures to lead people in the right direction
