- Pray for opportunities for evangelism and for the establishment of local churches among these people. Ask God to provide opportunities for missionaries and local believers to share the gospel and to raise up local leaders who can shepherd and disciple new believers. Pray that they would have boldness, wisdom, and discernment as they share the gospel.
- Pray for the development and translation of the Bible and evangelism materials into their local languages so that they can read and understand God’s word for themselves, and also pray for their hearts to be softened towards God. Many unreached people have hardened hearts towards God due to their upbringing or cultural beliefs especially those in ethnic religions, so pray that God would soften their hearts and open their minds to the message of the gospel.
- Pray for the safety and provision of those working among these unreached people. Many live-in dangerous areas and face financial challenges. Ask God to protect them from harm and provide for their needs, so that they can continue to share the gospel. Pray for perseverance and strength for those who are working in this field, as it can be difficult and discouraging.
- Pray that the Holy Spirit would move in the hearts of these unreached people and draw them to Christ, revealing Himself to them in ways they can understand and respond to.
- Pray for a spiritual awakening and revival among these people groups, asking God to pour out His Spirit in power and draw many to Himself. Additionally, pray for unity among believers working among these people groups. Pray that people from different cultures and backgrounds can come together and work towards God’s kingdom.
