Praying for churches Planted by ICA
1. Thank God for the privilege given to ICA to plant churches and support missions.
2. Pray for the churches planted that they will continue to grow physically and spiritually.
- Pray that the members will be united through the love of Christ and thus many will be added unto them daily.
- Pray for the manifestations of signs and wonders which will lead more people into giving their lives to Christ
- Pray that the members will devote themselves to the doctrine and teachings. Pray that the new members will be eager to learn more and grow more in the word of God.
- Pray against any spirit of stagnation
3. Pray that the churches will be saved from any type of persecution.
- Pray that regardless of the challenges they might experience the church will continue growing and thriving. (i.e. economic hardships, witchcraft and areal strongholds, physical, hatred, poverty)
- Pray for Nkhulambe Church in Phalombe whose majority of it members were affected by the cyclone Freddy.
- Pray that they will rejoice and be bold in the midst of suffering while leading others to Christ.
4. Pray that God will open financial doors for the churches (Most of the churches are building, some are procuring land some have various projects)
- Pray that the Lord will send ministry partners to these churches who will help build the house of God
- Pray that the members of the churches will be blessed financially that they finance the work of God in their local church without any hurdle
- Pray for the church elders handling the finances, that they will serve the church with integrity and handle the project appropriately.
5. Pray for the pastors ministering to these churches.
- Pray that the Lord will anoint them and empower them to serve. Pray that their ministries will be filled with miracles, signs and wonders.
- Pray for strengthening of exhausted pastors. Pray that the Lord will renew their strength and hope
- Pray for their families that they will remain in good health
- Pray that the Lord will protect them and cause them to leave above reproach in the communities
