Praying for World Situations
- Pray for the people of God. There is a suffering of unquenchable want and strive for what the Bible calls vanity. Pray that Gods people will find rest and fulfillment in Christ. Pray against the obsession of accumulation. Pray that Gods people may realize and receive the gift of enjoyment of all our toil. Pray for the desire to please God in all that we do as His creation, that He may bless us with wisdom, knowledge, and joy.
- Pray against the desire to be rich. The world is obsessed with riches and possessions. Pray that we will not fall in love with money. Pray that as Gods people we will seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness.
- Pray against all Gender based violence and domestic abuse. Pray for all male figures in our homes. Pray for the Spirit of love to overcome them. Pray against fear, anger, and violence. Speak healing in the lives of all men. Pray also for those that have been domestically abused. Pray for the peace of Jesus Christ to heal them. Pray that they find the courage to submit their burden to the Lord.
- Children and teenagers, these days are addicted to social media and other dirty media online. Pray for protection against all evil forces on social media. Pray that Children and teenagers of the world become conscious of what they view on social media and what type of music they look for.
