Submitting the Missions team into the hands of the Lord

1. Thank God for the vibrant and able team that has availed themselves for the Church plant in Mzimba. Thank God for placing it onto their hearts to answer this calling. Thank God for their families and pray for protection and provision as these members are away.
2. Pray for a God breathed team spirit amongst the Missions team, for one is better than two for their reward shall be better. Pray for the Holy Spirit to grant each member wisdom and grace in how to conduct him/herself in a supportive manner to their team. Pray for the ability to lift each other up in times of difficulty during the Church plant. Pray also for unity and coordination with the Mzimba based team (host). Pray for a hospitable spirit in the Mzimba team towards our Ica team.
3. Pray for courage in the mission team. Pray for boldness as a lion to win souls for the Glory of God. Pray against the spirit of fear. Pray that fear and double mindedness will not be our portion as we go do the Lord’s work in Mzimba. Pray for strength and flexibility to be used as a vessel as the Lord shall direct.
4. Pray for the preachers during the Church plant. Pray that their minds may be set on things of the Spirit and not on the flesh, for to set our minds on the Spirit is life and peace. Pray for the meditations of their hearts. Pray that they be pure and inspired by God. Pray that the words of their mouths may be acceptable in the sight of God.
5. Pray for all the facilitators of the trip. Pray for the facilitators of the Jesus film. Pray for smoothness in setting up of the equipment. Pray that the equipment will be safe and work well for the Glory of God. Pray also for the catering team. Pray for strength and joy as they serve in this area. Pray for all the workers that they be at peace as they work as unto the Lord.
