Increased Wisdom for Running an Organization
- Pray that as employers we will prioritize justice in dealing with our workers. We will have the wisdom not to provoke the Lord’s wrath on our companies. We will not allow any of our workers to cry to the Lord against us.
- Pray that we will determine not to condone laziness in our organizations, whether we are employers or employees. Pray that the fruit of working with diligence will be very evident in our organizations.
- Pray that we will have the understanding that God is ready to work through whatever we do therefore we will not despise anything that the Lord leads us to, no matter how small it looks.
- Pray that we will stop applying half measures to anything we are given to work on, instead we will gain the understanding that God commands that we do it with our whole heart working as unto Him.
- Wisdom is to understand that all God’s workers are rewarded. Pray that this year we will work with Excellency, positioning ourselves for rewards from God.
