Praying for Our Readiness and Attendance of the Conference
- Worship the Lord and thank Him that He has loved us with an everlasting love and drawn us to Himself with His loving kindness. Thank God for His mercies and the salvation He has freely given to us.
- Use Psalm 103 to worship God. Be still in the presence of God and ask Him to search your heart. Repent of any sin that comes to mind. Repent for yourself, family, the church and Malawi.
- Pray that God prepares our hearts for the Pentecost and Missions Conference taking place at ICA this week. Pray for your availability, availability of ICA members and other people. Pray that we will be revived again and act as the Holy Spirit will be giving direction during and after the conference.
- Thank God that He sent us the Holy Spirit to be our teacher, a helper and companion. Thank God for the power we received and will continue to receive from the Holy Spirit during the conference. Pray that we will all be ready to be His zealous and active witnesses wherever God has placed us and the new places He may send us.
- Pray for yourself that you will not miss anything that the Lord has prepared for you to receive during the conference. Pray for a special personal encounter with the Holy Spirit to transform you as an individual. Also pray transformation for ICA as a church. Pray that we will be sharpened to do better in all things. Pray that nothing will distract or prevent us from being sharpened through this conference.
- Pray that the flyer and all forms of announcements and adverts about the conference will circulate widely. Pray that many people will hear/see the adverts and be attracted and convinced to attend.
- Pray that the conference will be well patronised in all platforms through which it will be available. Pray that the attendance numbers that will be registered will not just be mere statistics but will be statistics of all who will truly have their attention captured by the Holy Spirit.
- Pray that the attendance statistics will translate into people impacted by the power of the Holy Ghost; people stirred to pick up from where they gave up, got derailed or discouraged; people hearing the Message for the first time and turning to God; people encouraged to keep the fire burning, encouraged to rekindle or light the fire of the Lord.
