Praying for Sunday Service
- Thank God for the opportunity we have to worship Him and for pouring out His Spirit on all flesh so we could afford that.
- Pray that ICA will learn to worship God in Spirit and in truth, for that is what God expects of us. Pray that this will start in children’s church.
- God is seeking those who worship Him in Spirit and truth. Pray that we will be intentional about raising such a generation that will meet God’s criteria for worship. Pray that every ministry at ICA will determine to contribute to this.
- Pray that every congregant will be sensitive to the move of God in the service and will respond accordingly. Pray that none of us will miss God’s touch as He moves around. Pray for miracles, signs and wonders.
- Pray for the pastors as they prepare to minister that they will not be distracted in any way. Pray that their delivery of the message will be full of power and that the message will be relevant to the needs at ICA.
- Pray against any disturbances during the services, physical or spiritual. Pray for harmony in all the instruments that we will use to bring about the worship that God desires. Pray that workers will have wisdom to manage the services to the glory of God.
